A diesel engine is a type of internal combustion engine that generates power by burning oil callede diesel. The first diesel
engine was built in 1897 by Rudolf Diesel, a German Engineer. Diesel engine operates a fixed sequence of events which may
be achieved either in four strokes or two strokes. A stroke is measured as the piston travels between its extreme points.
